In a microwave safe bowl melt cream cheese mozzarella and parmesan together. Add eggs and and mix until incorporated. Spread the cheese mixture over the meat and sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.

Spread 1 2 of the ricotta mixture over the deli meat.
